We would like to share some exciting news with you. We recently hired Resort Rating Specialists, an independent consulting company, to train our staff on the latest trends in the vacation rental property industry. This Denver-based company has rated resorts around the country and has been a featured speaker at several of the Vacation Rental Managers Association conferences. Our goal is to improve the vacation experience, increase occupancy, and enhance guest visits by addressing furnishings, décor, and quality. Resort Rating Specialists provides specific information on industry trends and evaluation techniques that we believe will give us a competitive edge in managing your property.

Design and furnishings are critical when you’re creating places where people will spend their vacation time. Guests are savvy and demand comfort, quality furnishings, and great value. Newer properties entering the vacation rental market and recently refurbished older properties that reflect current decorating trends and the latest amenities raise the standard for everyone.

Our goal is to work towards making your rental property inviting and competitive; delivering a quality product that ensures guest satisfaction to build repeat business. We will be rating each property in our vacation rental inventory and in the next few months you will be provided with a report that will offer recommendations for improving and maximizing the competitive value of your property.

We have included with this letter tips on current vacation rental property trends and specifically electronic entertainment requirements.  These have become expected standards for the resort traveler.  We have also included a brief description of the ratings we will be using in this process.
